This contract for the sale of branded products on the Internet is reached between the company Delanacre 540 Fairview ave. # 33, 91007 Arcadia CA (USA) and a particular end buyer (someone acting outside his business) as part of a system of distance selling. Resale of goods purchased on the website is strictly prohibited. 
This contract refers to American law and, more particularly, the regulation of distance selling. 

The acceptance and confirmation of the order are carried out by a data entry screen pages on time. This data appears on a summary screen which includes an explicit mention of the firm commitment of the buyer. Orders are confirmed via email with information regarding the identity and references the company Delanacre with his e-mail address to which the buyer can file a claim.

Shipping & Delivery

FREE Shipping. Delanacre uses the USPS, la Poste shipping services, offer adapted to your order for The United States and The Rest of the World. Concerning the "Luxury Collection" we offer and use UPS or DHL shipping service. The average delivery time is 4-12 business days depending on destination. Nevertheless Delanacre can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to the Postal services. The ambition of Delanacre is to satisfy our customers. That is why we guarantee same day shipment, subject to availability of stock items. Shipping is free. In addition all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Any refund or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges. Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure your exchange for the price of the jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Products must be returned in their original condition. After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no exchanges will be issued. Jewelry can be exchanged for a different item in our collection. Delanacre agrees to refund all money paid, within a maximum of 30 days. Please note that custom orders and sale items cannot be exchanged. If the product you received has a defect, please notify by email Delanacre customer service immediately. You must then return merchandise by mail within a short time by attaching the delivery and any customs documents. The defective item will be exchanged (subject to availability), jewelry can be exchanged for a different item in our collection. If the product is not available, and only in this case, Delanacre agrees to refund all money paid, within a maximum of 30 days. Delanacre can not accept product returns beyond a period of 14 days of delivery. Warning:  An approved package is a package agreed in the statement. If the package arrives damaged or opened you must make reservations with the appropriate carrier immediately. Otherwise we could not make a compensation.

You pay immediately by credit card. We accept, Master Card and Visa.  Billing is done in Euros or U.S. Dollars depending on the area of delivery and/or payment: In Euros in the European Economic Community, U.S. Dollars for the United States and for outside the area.  Delanacre reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the price listed on the site the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer.
